Do you have a passion for working with people and administration? Our Customer Service Officer (CSO) roles are essential to the successful running of our swim school and club squad programs. Our CSOs complete many essential administration roles, utilise our swim school booking software, handle merchandise sales, and assist with enquiries from our swim school and club squad families.
Essential qualifications:
- Must hold a current employment Working with Children Check.
Desirable skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Swim School Management software systems
