LEVEL PROGRESSION

  • Adult Beginner: Get comfortable in water with breath control, floating, safety skills, and kicking
  • Adult Intermediate: Develop freestyle side breathing and correct strokes over 8-12 metersĀ 
  • Adult Advanced: Develop correct technique, all strokes, and endurance over longer distances in a 25m lane
